Shipping Policy

Pre-orders The Ultimate Car Advent Calendar is currently sold on pre-order. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery from the day you order. The calendar starts on December 1st, so we recommend ordering early. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Every order ships with full tracking. Your tracking link is sent by email as soon as your order is on its way. You can also check it on our Track Your Order page.

Where we ship We ship to the countries shown at checkout. Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Customs and import charges Some countries charge import duties or taxes on arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Parcels refused because of these charges will not be refunded.

Address details You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address. If you spot a mistake, email adventracer@outlook.com within 24 hours of ordering and we will try to correct it before your order ships. Reshipping a parcel returned because of an incorrect address is at your cost.

Delivered parcels Once tracking shows your parcel as delivered, it is your responsibility. We are not liable for parcels stolen or lost after delivery.

Delays Delays can happen in busy periods, especially in the weeks before Christmas, or because of carrier or customs hold-ups. These are outside our control. If your order is taking longer than expected, email adventracer@outlook.com and we will look into it.
